This is the mistake I see every time: You film with your phone, stretch the video to fit, add plenty filters, then export in 4K. Instagram will compress it anyway. So it ends up blurry and laggy. Do this instead: Take 5 minutes to make your timeline match your phone video before you start editing. That 5 minutes will save you hours.
