How I helped a family of five make a small flat feel spacious
Storage is the answer to almost every small-space problem. We built in under-stair storage, added floating shelves, and replaced a bulky sofa with a modular one. The floor space we freed up made the whole flat feel twice as large. Clever storage is the best interior design.

Great point. I'd also suggest keeping a portfolio of before/after results. Clients love it.
