Why I believe every child learns differently (and what to do about it)

In 10 years of tutoring I've never had two students who learn the same way. Some need visuals. Some need to talk it through. Some need to write it down. The moment you find a student's learning style, everything clicks. Have you ever had a breakthrough moment like that?
