Why I'm obsessed with no-dig gardening and you should be too

I converted my entire plot to no-dig three years ago. Fewer weeds, better soil structure, more worms, and less back pain. The soil biology does the work for you. Charles Dowding's research is compelling if you want to go deep on the science. What's your gardening philosophy?
